Do you need to capture data on what activities your employees perform? Do you need to pay according to what activities are performed? Workforce Activities adds a new dimension to Kronos' ability to track work completed by employees, capturing what employees do in addition to where and when employees work. Workforce Activities provides labor activity integration to Workforce Central software by handling labor activity tracking and activity-based pay, and providing data for productivity analysis. Workforce Activities collects employee activity detail including productive and non-productive time, results, and quantities. It captures activities and calculates pay based on the activities and tasks performed. The Workforce Activities solution also provides reports to help monitor and analyze productivity and efficiency. Once captured, data is integrated with Workforce Timekeeper software time and attendance data or exported to another application. Labor Activity Modeler Workforce Activities is user configurable to help model and manager your company's labor practices. Activities and tasks can be configured to match your labor hierarchy and terminology, making it easy for your frontline managers to use and understand Workforce Activities. Activity components such as result fields, activity rates, and tasks can also be configured based on your policies. In addition, activity standards can be defined to provide efficiency data in reports. Activities Engine The Activities engine automates all calculations based on the rules and hierarchy defined in your labor model, eliminating manual processing and errors; and provides real-time access to activity information. Activity rules specify which activities an employee is allowed to log and which activity rates apply to those activities. Pay calculations can be based on the quantity of activities performed, a fixed amount, or an hourly rate which can either replace the employee's wage or be added to it. Employee labor activity data is full integrated with your Workforce Timekeeper time and attendance data and pay policies to give you a complete frontline labor management solution. Flexible Data Collection Multiple data collection options optimize Workforce Activities by providing a flexible front-end for the Activities Engine and Labor Activity Modeler. You can choose which option (or mix of collection options) works best in your company's environment. The Kronos 550 Data Collection Terminal allows your employees to quickly and easily capture their labor activity in addition to their actual time worked. The timesheet entry window provides rapid online data entry of employee labor activity. Data entry staff can personalize the screen layout to quickly enter employee activity data from existing forms. Validation is performed at point of entry to help eliminate errors. The import capability allows labor activity data to be imported from other sources, allowing you to leverage online data that exists in other systems. Reporting Workforce Activities generates several real-time reports. Managers and supervisors have online access to a variety of standard reports to help track, analyze and manage labor productivity and efficiency. Kronos' powerful HyperFind selection tool helps your managers quickly and easily select the data they wish to view, enabling them to focus on the information that is important to them.
