Workforce Timekeeper's comprehensive capabilities include tools for capturing labor data, a central engine for compiling data and applying pay rules, review and sign off tools for supervisors, and extensive reporting capabilities.

Control Labor Costs. Consistent application of pay rules and policies within your organization is key to controlling labor costs. Workforce Timekeeper allows you to track hours and wages by cost center, department or job, and lets you respond rapidly to changes in company policies and pay rules. The system captures all relevant labor data and applies the correct rules and policies when a time-related event occurs, such as:

Increase Payroll Accuracy. Workforce Timekeeper minimizes payroll errors while it reduces the work required to process payroll. Dynamic Reporting for Insightful Analysis. The system's powerful HyperFind query tool permits supervisors to identify employees who meet particular selection criteria. That information can be displayed in a number of easy-to-read tabular reports formats. For trend and "what-if" analyses, these reports can also be exported in a variety of file formats, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Mail (MAPI). Powerful Review and Sign-off Capabilities. The Timecard Editor gives supervisors a simple but powerful too for managing frontline labor. It provides flexible views of the employee's time and attendance, as well as the results calculated by the Workforce Timekeeper Totalizer. And, since it allows the supervisor to edit by exception, it makes management much more efficient.

Workforce Timekeeper highlights exceptions, making it easy for the supervisor to edit labor information as necessary. The system documents all edits that are made as who made the edit, what was changed, the workstation where it entered, and more. Once the adjustments are made, the supervisor can electronically sign off on the time card to prevent anyone else from making subsequent edits.
