TkTalk Interactive Voice Response System

TkTalk^TM has been engineered to support all of the standard data collection requirements needed for Timekeeper Central^TM. Employees can enter a simple punch, perform an account transfer or activity code entry, enter productive or non-productive time and can cancel a meal deduct.

TkTalk^TM saves administrative time by letting employees review their own punches and inquire about total hours worked for the week or pay period. Employees can also review available accrual balances (requires Database Poster).

Security is enhanced with optional passwords for employees, supervisors and system operators. Users can change their password on demand. Features for caller ID logging or restrictions are also available.

TkTalk^TM is a highly configurable, yet easy to use product. Your system operator's primary responsibility is to record employee names. Additional functions include recording account names, pay category names, activity code names and the system greeting. You can use the system recordings delivered with TkTalk^TM or record your own customized prompts and messages. Your system operator is also responsible for assigning supervisors.

Supervisors can record personalized messages that are sent to individual employees or broadcast to a department or organization. Messages can be created from anywhere there is telephone access. Employees are advised of new messages immediately after logging in, saving time that would be wasted locating employees or having employees report to the wrong location for the day's needs.

TkTalk^TM supervisors can also edit recordings for employee names or labor entry names and can reset an employee's password when forgotten.

TkTalk^TM is scalable to meet your growing needs. Additional lines can be added as needed. Features are continually being added to provide more value to this practical solution. TkTalk^TM is a turnkey system that integrates easily into your existing local- or wide-area network. Your system will include a PC server, voice card(s), operating system, TkTalk^TM and remote support software. TkTalk^TM is designed for use only with Kronos Timekeeper Central^TM.
