ShareScan integrates seamlessly with Windows NT, Windows 2000, and Novell Netware networks, enabling administrators to manage user lists and create scan Inboxes for multiple eCopy Scanstations from an administrative workstation anywhere on the network.
The eCopy Viewer
A free small-footprint (1 MB) viewing application that enables any user to view and print an eCopy, right from their desktop. Now, anyone can work with paper documents — regardless of whether they have other eCopy applications at their workstation.
eCopy ScanStation
The eCopy ScanStation is a small-format touch screen panel that attaches easily to any
scan-capable imageRUNNER. To make an eCopy, simply place the paper document in the imageRUNNER’s paper tray and choose one of several “send” options. Options
are shown as easy-to-read icons on the eCopy ScanStation touch screen panel and include: Scan and Mail, Scan and Fax, Scan to Desktop, Scan to Printer, Scan to Document Management System.
eCopy Desktop
eCopy Desktop provides a powerful set of document workflow tools that allow individual users to treat eCopies of paper documents just like electronic files right from their desktop workstations. eCopy Desktop works with most network fax, e-mail and document management applications, including Lotus Notes Mail, Microsoft Outlook/Exchange, RightFax (NT Server), iManage, Open Text and others.
