From its beginnings, J&H Office Equipment has been on the forefront of technology, always looking to broaden our knowledge and provide the best solutions to businesses. Our products and services are offered in five divisions to better serve our customers.

Bozeman Office Equipment. We are committed to providing our customers with the latest technology and the very best service. We sell and service Savin and Canon digital copiers (black & white and full-color), fax machines and high speed scanners.

Billings Office Equipment. Our Billings branch is a fully equipped sales and service office which has been serving the Billings and outlying areas for the last twenty years. We offer a full line of Canon and Savin copiers and Canon facsimile, and have built a strong reputation for our unequalled ability to respond quickly and efficiently to our customer's equipment and service related needs. In the area of service response and quality of repair we strive to be the best in our field.

Missoula Office Equipment. Our newest branch, which opened in Spring 2002, offers J&H Office Equipment's product line - including Savin and Canon digital copiers - and service experience in a new convenenient location.

Spokane Office. Our Spokane Office provides DocuWare Integrated Document Management software that provides an efficient method of digitizing and archiving corporate records. We also write custom programs for our corporate clients to help improve paper based workflows.

Kronos. Frontline Time & Labor Management is a business system that addresses the planning, tracking and analysis of your organization's labor force. An automated labor tracking system will help you to manage attendance in your organization and it will apply your policies objectively and fairly. The automated system is much more accurate than any manual system.

Systems. At J&H Office Equipment we are constantly researching new technologies to promote efficient and productive work environments. The Systems Division provides consulting services for local area networks, document management and workflow technologies.

As a member of the business community in Bozeman we have opportunities to help other businesses conserve our natural resources. We promote the recycling of used toner cartridges and provide for the storage and distribution of information electronically rather than with paper. There is always room to do more.
